Format Capabilities:
PPI Imaging has 5-large format solvent printers
and 1-UV Flatbed with the following capabilities:

(1) HP SCITEX XL1500 - 16.5' (Solvent
Based)
This printer can print at a resolution of 370 x 740 DPI. It will
print 16 ft wide x any length, in virtually any thickness. It is
switchable between 4, 6, and 8 color process. Also, this printer
will print almost any media. Some examples are: canvas, mesh, flexface
banner, self-adhesive vinyl, fabrics, carpet, paper and more!

(1) HP SCITEX FB910 UV Flatbed
(Roll-to-Roll)
This flatbed printer can direct print to Sintra, Coroplast, acrylics,
coated and uncoated cardboards, glass, acrylic sheets, aluminum
and roll materials such as banner or cotton up to 2.5" thick.
We print full bleed imaging 98" wide x any length material.
It also has roll-to-roll print capability.

Flatbed
6 color with White option. Up 1200 DPI. Direct print to almost any
surface up to 2" thick.

DRYTAC UV CLEAR COATER
60"
UV Roller Coater for creating a gloss, matte or satin fish on flatbed
or solvent prints. Coat
almost any product sheets fed and roll to roll.

(1) SEIKO H74
Newest version 3X as fast as the original Seiko prints but the same
quality – 8 color printing.
•
(2) SEIKO 64S - 6 Color
(Solvent Based)
Print quality is 720 x 720 DPI. This machine's print width is 64"
wide and prints roll form on various vinyls, wallpaper, banner stock
and papers. This printer also prints at a special 16-pass mode using
double density inks for extremely high quality backlit products
to replace DuraTrans and Lambda prints. We can also print on gloss
paper with this printer.

(1) SEIKO 104S - 6 Color
(Solvent Based)
Same print quality as SEIKO 64S, but prints up to 104" wide.
We use this printer for large PanaFlex faces, canvas, and vinyl
banners. Our large textile print quality is very close to dye sub
on certain materials. We also have welding capabilities for larger
banners.

CNC Router
(5' x 10' Table Size)
We can also route longer than 10' when required. This router may
be used in conjunction with out printers for P.O.P. shapes or be
used independently. We can also use our router for die-cutting many
of materials.

Can read printed registration marks for accurate cutting. High Speed
finishing.

CNC Engraver (24" x 48")
This head may be used for custom ADA SIGNAGE or for engraving custom
signage. It may also be used for custom metal nameplates and control

We are a licensed Raster Braille Company and can make any custom
ADA signs. We have the capability to do custom background printing
with Braille.

Laminating
We have 3-roll laminators 64" wide, all with heat capabilities.

Print / Plot Capability
We can use these plotters for short-run die-cutting on products
like.030 styrene. We use our 60" and 48" wide plotters
for die-cutting some light materials. We can die-cut pressure sensitive
vinyl letters up to 59" high. We can also use our plotters
in conjunction with our router for die-cutting many different materials.

Finishing Services
Palmer Products offers a wide variety of expert finishing services,
including lamination, encapsulation, mounting, trimming, and fabrication.
We can produce virtually anything you can design.
